  • Virtual Court In North Carolina

    For several years, Judge Pope and the team at NC Legal Marketing have been creating the working format for online trial calendars and court appearances. Early in 2012, Judge Pope convinced us to issue an interim product utilizing tried and tested web technologies. We delivered. Launching in beta in Judge Pope’s courtroom in May 2012, MyVirtualCourt has been approved for distribution to North Carolina Judges by the Administrative Office of the Courts.

  • Hon. Andrea Dray

    In late 2010, Judge Andrea Dray issued her bid for the Unified Family Court seat vacated by Judge Marvin Pope’s elevation to Superior Court. NC Legal Marketing assisted in Judge Dray’s campaign to the local bar for nomination for gubenatorial appointment to fill the vacant district court seat. Judge Dray was appointed by Governor Perdue from the four top vote-getting Buncombe lawyers. She was sworn to the bench in January 2011.     Unified Family District Court Judge Marvin Pope announced his bid for election to the Superior Court bench in early 2010. During the nine month campaign effort, Gina assisted Judge Pope’s Campaign as a faciliatator and marketing consultant, designer, and volunteer. Judge Pope won election to the 28th Judicial District’s Superior Court and took office on December 1, 2010. Judge Pope’s Superior Court site launched in February 2012.
