Eileen McMinn is a 20+ year Asheville business attorney who works with nonprofit organizations. She advises and counsels nonprofit organizations through each stage, from their initial organizational process, through development of an operational structure that complies with IRS regulations and the organization’s charitable objectives.

When we met Eileen, she was striking out as a sole practitioner, after two decades of working in an extremely male dominated firm. Her intuition about her marketing and what she need was very strong, and she was such a hands-on person that she had even made the effort to put together a site for herself, but was struggling to find any placement in the search engines. We redeveloped her web and acquired some popular inbound legal links for her. She has maintained the number one position for her preferred search criteria on Google for more than two years.
